Blog Factory for an agency client
Research, drafting, images, review and CMS publishing for a marketing agency, in one system non-engineers can run.
A digital marketing agency asked for an end-to-end content system their team could operate without an engineer. It covers research, outline, draft, image generation, editing, validation, scheduling and publishing to Webflow and Sanity, with cost logs and an audit trail.
Content moved through docs, chat threads and the CMS by hand. Nobody could see what stage a piece was in, and generated output was unreliable: corrupted drafts, overlong articles, published records still marked “generating”.
Mapped the editorial workflow with the stakeholders, then built eight content formats with multi-site routing, schema and length gates, image retries that keep successes, stall detection and schedules. Orchestration moved to n8n after hosting timeouts. The automatic path has dispatched and published articles unattended; assembled output over the length limit is rejected before it ships.
