01 · What it was
An executive-assistant system across Gmail, Calendar, ClickUp, Slack, Notion and Trello that triages email, surfaces priorities and extracts meeting actions into staged task cards.
02 · The problem
Running work across multiple businesses meant the same triage every morning, and early versions failed quietly: a calendar that was unavailable looked the same as a calendar that was empty.
03 · What we solved
Separated “no data” from “unavailable” states everywhere. Staged actions are queued and carried forward until writes succeed. When OAuth degraded for four weeks, the queue preserved 95 staged cards across 80 verified digests instead of losing them.
