Branded PDF proposals from reusable client details, shared across the sales team.
A proposal workspace for an agency sales team: configurable packages, case studies, personalized letters, optional services, team sign-in and shared saved proposals, exported as branded PDFs.
Every proposal was retyped from the last one. There was no shared place to search, open or reuse past proposals, and the PDF export produced warped layouts, broken SVGs and files around 300 MB.
Built the React app with Google OAuth and shared Supabase persistence so the team can search and reuse past proposals across sessions. Reworked PDF capture scale, encoding and compression to bring exports under 50 MB, and fixed page overflow and a production-only autosave crash along the way.
